Sign In Home Service (Terms & Conditions)

Terms & Conditions
1) In this contract:
(A) “Charges” means any monthly tariffs, installation, activation, connection charges, and/or surcharges/tax/GST applicable to the activated Services at the rates published by Sign In Home.
(B) “Equipment” means Customer Premises Equipment (CPE), including broadband modem, router, or accessories supplied to the Customer by Sign In Home.
(C) “Service(s)” means all and/or any services categorically described overleaf as elected by the Customer, subject to any modification or variation by Sign In Home from time to time.
(D) “Encryption Device” means any device used to protect and/or secure data transmissions.
2) Provision of Services by Sign In Home:
(A) Sign In Home will establish and maintain the connection and will endeavor to make the desired Service(s) available to the Customer throughout the term of this contract.
(B) All or any Service(s) will be provided in accordance with applicable laws and Sign In Home policy.
(C) All Equipment, except that which has been fully paid for, will remain the property of Sign In Home, and customers are required to return the equipment in its original working condition in the event of termination of Service(s).
3) Payments and Charges:
(A) All payments and charges under this Contract shall be determined and revised by Sign In Home from time to time. Revised tariffs or charges shall be notified to customers through electronic or print media.
(B) The Customer shall unconditionally pay all applicable charges mentioned in the invoice within the specified time.
(C) Failure to make payment within the due date will:
(i) Result in immediate disconnection/suspension/termination of the Service and Contract.
(ii) Render the Customer liable for outstanding payments, along with a surcharge of 2% per month above KIBOR, or another rate determined by Sign In Home.
(iii) Give Sign In Home the right to suspend or disconnect services to any other connections held by the Customer.
(D) The Customer shall pay applicable reconnection charges if reconnection is requested.
(E) Monthly charges shall continue until suspension or disconnection becomes effective.
(F) Sign In Home reserves the right to set a credit limit and require a refundable deposit or other acceptable security.
4) Duration and Termination:
This contract shall commence on the date of approval by Sign In Home and remain valid until terminated by either party.
5) Prohibition of Assignment:
Customer rights and obligations under this contract shall not be assigned without prior written consent of Sign In Home.
6) Warranties:
(A) The equipment purchased by the Customer from Sign In Home is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship.
(B) The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
(C) Sign In Home disclaims all other liabilities in respect of Service(s) provided except for the stated warranty.
(D) Warranty for broadband modems and routers is valid for one (1) year from installation date.
7) Liabilities:
The Customer agrees that Sign In Home shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or equipment. Sign In Home’s obligations are contingent upon the relevant license issued for providing such services.
8) Use of Services and Equipment:
(A) Sign In Home reserves the right to issue operational guidelines to maintain service quality.
(B) The Customer shall not use or allow others to use the services for unlawful, offensive, or immoral purposes under the laws of Pakistan.
(C) Customer equipment supplied by Sign In Home may not be used on other operators’ networks.
9) Maintenance and Replacement of Equipment:
In case of damage to equipment not covered under warranty, the Customer shall bear the replacement cost or purchase new equipment from Sign In Home.
10) Equipment Return Policy:
(A) For customers who have purchased devices outright, Sign In Home is not obliged to repurchase them upon service termination.
(B) For customers using leased or installment devices, the equipment remains Sign In Home’s property until fully paid for.
11)Suspension/Disconnection and Termination:
(A) Sign In Home reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment or contract breach
(B) Services may also be suspended for maintenance or regulatory compliance
(C) Upon termination, the Customer shall immediately pay all outstanding dues and applicable surcharges.
12) Arbitration and Applicable Law:
Any dispute arising from this Contract shall be referred to the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), whose decision shall be final and binding. The contract shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
13) Additional Terms:
(a) This Contract, along with any overleaf particulars, constitutes the entire agreement between Sign In Home and the Customer.
(b) Sign In Home reserves the right to monitor any connection in the national interest.
(c) Sign In Home may refuse or change customer IDs/passwords it deems inappropriate.
(d) Customers must inform Sign In Home of any changes to their information.
(e) Services may be temporarily interrupted for upgrades, maintenance, or repairs.
(f) The Customer shall not infringe any copyright or intellectual property rights via Sign In Home’s network or resources.
The Customer hereby undertakes to accept and comply with all the Terms & Conditions set forth herein.
